The UAE is the starting point of the pilot phase. The UAE–Bahrain corridor will be the first route tested, with Dubai International Airport (DXB) already deploying 122 biometric smart gates that can clear pre-registered GCC visa holders in under 5 seconds.

UAE entry with the GCC Grand Tours Visa (expected):

  • Apply online before travel, no on-arrival application

  • QR-coded visa validated at smart gates in DXB and DWC

  • No separate UAE tourist visa needed

  • Valid for 30 days (single-country) or up to 90 days (Grand Tour)
